The Metro Classic will be held Sunday, October 26th at the Island Garden (www.islandgarden.com).  We urge all to attend - the top boys and girls basketball players in the Metro NY area will showcase their talents to benefit the Make A Wish Foundation.

The Silver Bullets NY Elite program is represented in big numbers.

Several NY Elite players will square off against one another - Ariel Edwards, Tahira Johnson, Bria Smith, CeCe Dixon, Doris Ortega and Taylor Burner will suit up for the Boro's squad and Ieasia Walker, Gina McPherson, Terry Green, Gabrielle Gibson, Megan Vasquez and Stephanie Dolson will represent the 'Burb's' squad.

12 of the top 24 players in this year's Metro Classic are from the NY Elite program.

Tickets are $10 and will be sold at the door the day of the games. The girls game is at 12 noon / boys game at 3:00 pm.  Tickets are sold seperately for each game - if you want to attend both you can purchase a discounted ticket for $15 at the girls game.  Check out the teams - go to the Metro Classic website at www.longislandhoops.org/metroclassic
